There is no sufficient evidence to prove that Zhang’s education method for Chang is obviously inappropriate, and the victim cannot be found to be at fault. 一年六个月的量刑系反复斟酌慎重考虑

对于常某的量刑,主审法官表示,判处一年六个月有期徒刑,是经过反复斟酌,慎重考虑的。根据刑法规定,实施寻衅滋事行为,破坏社会秩序的,处五年以下有期徒刑,拘役或者管制。常某实施的犯罪行为,给被害人的工作,生活造成了严重危害,在社会上造成了恶劣影响,属情节恶劣,应依法惩处。

对老师教育方式的不认同不能成为报复理由
