It was confirmed that after the teacher, he practiced insults and beatings, arranged for others to record beating videos, and then repeatedly watched and spread to others afterwards. The behavior was arbitrary, subjectively conscious of venting emotions and reluctantly playing tricks. There is no sufficient evidence to prove that Zhang’s education method for Chang is obviously inappropriate, and the victim cannot be found to be at fault.
